Training Program

    Basketball Stars United’s purpose is to help young athletes reach their goals. These goals range from developing strong fundamentals, making junior varsity team, getting more playing time, getting a college scholarship, as well as working toward a professional career.  Our focused population is towards the amateur athletes wishing to assert themselves in a competitive environment.

    BSU training includes basketball skills, strength, speed and agility work. Our priority is to help build strong and healthy athletes able to perform. In addition, we place a string emphasis on injury prevention. Our program is designed to cover all aspects of basketball, including basketball I.Q., teaching game situations, viewing and evaluating game film to help young athletes improve their game.
